📱 3. Device Permissions
To provide core functionality, the Kron Client Hub app may request the following permissions on your device:
- Storage / Media: Required to save full-resolution gallery ZIP files and individual photos directly to your device's Downloads or Gallery folders.
- Notifications: Required to send you updates regarding your gallery status (e.g., when your photographer uploads new photos or replies to notes).
- Camera / Photo Library: May be requested if you choose to update your profile picture. We only access the specific images you manually select.
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device's operating system settings, though some features (like downloading) may become unavailable.
⚙️ 4. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect for the following purposes only:
- Authentication: To log you in and verify your identity when accessing a gallery.
- Syncing Selections: To save your photo selections, favorites, and notes so your photographer can fulfill your order.
- Service Delivery: To facilitate downloading approved photos to your device.
- Service Improvement: To monitor app performance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience.
We do not use your data for advertising, automated profiling, or marketing.
🔒 5. Data Storage & Security
Your account information and photo gallery data are stored on secure cloud servers. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS (TLS).
- Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are securely hashed using modern cryptographic algorithms.
- Gallery access is strictly protected by unique event codes and optional gallery passwords set by your photographer.
- Your authentication token is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage.
📸 7. Your Photos & Gallery Content
The photos within your gallery are owned by your photographer. Kron Client Hub acts purely as a secure delivery and selection platform. We do not claim ownership of any photos delivered through our system.
- When you choose to download a photo or gallery, it is saved directly to your device's local storage and becomes your responsibility to manage.
- We do not scan, analyze, or read any existing personal photos stored on your device.
✅ 8. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have full control over your personal data. You have the right to access, correct, or permanently delete your information at any time.
You can instantly delete your account directly inside the app. Navigate to the Profile Menu (top right) > Delete Account.
Once confirmed, this will immediately and permanently erase your account, login credentials, and personal data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
👶 9. Children's Privacy
Kron Client Hub is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove that data.
